- College fee Receipt Xerox of Current Semester
- Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (in case of SEBC candidates, issued after 1-4-2019)
- First Page Xerox of Passbook (Student’s Bank Account)
- Free Ship Card Xerox (only for SC Category Students)

નોંધ:- આથી SC, ST, અને SEBC(OBC)/NTDNT કેટેગરીમાં આવતા તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને જાણ કરવામાં આવે છે કે વષૅ ૨૦૧૮-૧૯ માટે શિષ્યવૃતિનું ઓનલાઇન ફોમૅ વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ નીચે દશૉવેલ Website પર જઇ ઓનલાઇન ફોમૅ જે તે વિદ્યાર્થીએ પોતાને લાગુ પડતી જે તે સ્કીમમાં શિષ્યવૃતિનું ફોમૅ ઓનલાઇન ભરી ઓનલાઇન જ સેવ અને સબમીટનું બટન ક્લિક કરી કોલેજને (Institute) ને ફોરવડૅ કરી તેની પ્રિન્ટ નિકાળીને ઓનલાઇન ફોમૅ અને ઉપર દશૉવેલ ડોકયુમેન્ટની હાડૅ કોપી એડમિન ઓફીસમાં જમા કરવાની રહેશે.
